Once again, we have a large Exhibit Hall with fantastic opportunities to network with potential and existing clients. You can download the floor plan now to review the booth(s) that are right for you.

We’ve gone out of our way to add time this year since we all missed gathering together in 2020. And we’ve even included an option for you to set appointments to meet 1-on-1 with ministry leaders at a special time.

Thursday, Sept. 16

 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. — Exhibitor Breakfast with Citygate Network (RSVP required)

 9:15 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. — Exhibitor Load-In and Booth Setup

 3:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, Snacks in the Exhibit Hall

Friday, Sept. 17

 7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Coffee with the Exhibitors

 *1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibits by Appointment Only *(New this year)

 4:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Dinner

 8:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Dessert

Saturday, Sept. 18

 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Breakfast

12:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Lunch

 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Chesapeake Dinner in the Exhibit Hall

 7:15 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. — Exhibitor Breakdown and Load-Out
