Jamie Aten Ph.D  

Jamie Aten Ph.D.

Co-founder of Spiritual First Aid, Jamie Aten Ph.D. also founded and co-directs the Humanitarian Disaster Institute and several programs at Wheaton College. He has survived both Hurricane Katrina and late-stage, early-onset cancer. As a trauma psychologist, Jamie has responded to and researched disasters and mass traumas around the globe and published and edited books and contributed over 150 scholarly publications. He also co-authors and co-hosts the award-winning The Better Samaritan column and podcast.

     
Tom De Vries  

Tom De Vries

Tom is Citygate Network's president and CEO. He has previously served as a church multiplication movement leader and pastor, as well as the general secretary of the Reformed Church in America. Most recently, Tom filled the president/CEO role at the Global Leadership Network (GLN), and international ministry producing training and equipping through the Global Leadership Summit. He has a track record of innovation, strategic planning, and leading high-performance teams for increasing ministry impact.

     
Giselle Jenkins  

Giselle Jenkins

Giselle Jenkins serves as the consulting director at Best Christian Workplaces and heads up the rescue mission sector there. She has a passion for developing outstanding leaders who build engaged, flourishing workplaces, as well as designing programs that attract, cultivate, and retain fantastic employees. Giselle has worked with Christian nonprofits for more than 20 years and holds senior and executive HR certifications, as well as an Organizational Development certificate.

Cory Scheer

Cory is the President and CEO of TrustCentric Consulting and author. He’ll share hard truths about the current condition of workplace trust and ways to take actions that will strengthen it. He’ll provide each attendee with a copy of his latest book, Closing the Trust Gap, and talk about the pervasive decline of organizational trust and how to assess, address, and improve workplace culture and synergy.
