2025-Conference

OVERVIEW |  VENUE |  REGISTRATION

April 22 - 25, 2025

Seattle, Washington

Intentionally designed to inspire collaboration, spark innovation, and equip leaders with practical tools that drive lasting impact, the first Innovation and Impact Lab (IIL) is open for registration. This three-day event, starting April 22 – 25, 2025, in Seattle, Washington, will allow your leadership team to engage in interactive workshops and discussions led by respected leaders in the field, as well as shadow them in action at Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission (Seattle, Washington), and return home with a customized action plan and follow up support.

The Venue

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, nestled in the heart of Seattle, Washington, is devoted to loving and caring for their neighbors experiencing homelessness throughout the greater Seattle area. Founded in 1932 during the Great Depression with nothing more than a borrowed soup kettle, the ministry has grown to serve thousands of homeless and hurting people each day.

Recognized as a thought leader among North American ministries, the organization addresses the root causes of homelessness by meeting urgent physical needs, building meaningful relationships, and providing comprehensive, long-term recovery programs. The leaders of Seattle Union Gospel Mission will host our team at the event, sharing insights and resources to help inspire growth and development of those in this transformative pilot event.

Program

Over the course of three days, this leadership lab will equip you with the tools and insights needed to lead with clarity, strategy, and faith. Through engaging discussions and practical application, we’ll explore six critical areas:

  • Leadership & Governance – Strengthen leadership structures, accountability, and training.
  • Community Engagement – Expand your effectiveness in serving and connecting with those around you.
  • Faith Integration – Deepen the spiritual impact of your organization with faith-centered programming.
  • Financial Health & Sustainability – Build stability through effective funding and financial management.
  • Program Impact – Learn how to measure and demonstrate meaningful outcomes.
  • Innovation & Growth – Cultivate adaptability and implement best practices for long-term success.

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with practical strategies to enhance your leadership, strengthen your organization, and create lasting change in your community.
