Registration

Registration is for ministry member CEOs and includes all sessions; dinner on Tuesday night; lunch; breaks, and dinner Wednesday night; and breaks on Thursday. The spouse rate also includes all meals and sessions.

Access the registration forms below. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so with no penalty up to two weeks before the event. Cancellations requested less than two weeks before the event will result in a 30 percent cancellation fee.
