Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in Rescue Mission ministry work, with a proven track record of effectively managing operations, inspiring staff, and driving organizational success. As COO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our daily operations, ensuring that our programs and services are delivered with the highest level of excellence and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational aspects of the organization.
* Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Train, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional service to those we serve.
* Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee program development and implementation, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
* Foster a culture of Professionalism, Hospitality, and Safety within the organization.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and community partners.

Qualifications:
* Deep commitment to the mission and values of The Salina Rescue Mission and a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ.
* Extensive experience in Rescue Mission ministry work, with a focus on operations and leadership.
* Proven ability to train, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve high performance and impactful results.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing effective operational strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
