Rockside Ranch Intern

Rockside Ranch is an 8 month residential life restoration program for young men in crisis. The men in our program come to the ranch for a fresh start in hopes of having a restored future. In the program they have daily worship/bible studies, learn how to manage a 100 acre ranch in beautiful Northern California, live in Christian community, and go on outdoor adventures such as white water rafting, cliff jumping and horseback riding.

Your role as a Program Lead is to foster relationships with these young men and walk alongside them throughout their program. You will help lead adventure trips, help run the ranch, and partner with God as he invites the students into restoration and relationship with him.

The Program lead role includes free room/board and a monthly stipend. The role is a minimum of 6 months and could be up to 12 months.

The ideal candidate is a young man 19-30 years old looking to get real world experience in the ministry. If you are passionate about seeing young lives restored and exploring the ranching lifestyle then this position may be for you! ***No ranching or outdoor education experience is necessary - all skills will be taught during your time as a Program Lead.
