Discipleship Home Director

Beautiful Feet is looking for a single man who has a heart and a passion to disciple men in their walk with Jesus Christ. This position is full time and the director does have their own private ensuite in our discipleship home which can house up to 8 men.

 Men’s Home Director (MHD) is responsible for the discipleship and ministry to the men who are in the home and applying to the home.
 MHD is responsible for recruiting new residents, and holding applicants, residents, in home graduates, and leaders accountable to program rules and guidelines.
 MHD is responsible to communicate to the Director on a regular basis to the progress or lack thereof by residents or potential residents.
 MHD is responsible for the random drug testing of anyone living in the men’s home and oversees discipline along with the director.
 MHD is responsible for the men while at BFM to verify residents comply with tasks, chapel notes, seating assignments, etc.
 MHD works with the administrator in keeping of records of all men who are in the home. Past and present.
 MHD holds men accountable in their finances and ensures rent is paid (if applicable)
 MHD is required to provide the men with transportation to and from work, counseling appointments, training, doctors’ appointments, etc. Only ministry vehicles may be used for these tasks.
 MHD assists the ministry during daily services with bus driving (if available), assisting the officers at the front door, and various other daily duties.
 MHD is required to be at the ministry at least 5 days per week.
