Discipleship Home Assistant Director

Beautiful Feet Ministries is looking for an assistant to our Discipleship Director. Includes room and board plus a stipend each week.


Expectations
• Have a close walk with Jesus Christ and being willing to be challenged and grow in your faith
• Being willing accountability and taking correction well
• Serving with honesty, integrity, and humility
• In all that you do, do as unto the Lord
• Arrive to ministry events/services on time and be ready to help wherever needed
• Working at Beautiful Feet daily mornings when available.
o Some nights and weekend work
• Arriving on time each day
• Following the “Chain of command” for all communication, over communicate

In Home Responsibilities
• Keeping the men accountable in their daily lives, from how they spend their time, to how they deal with conflict
• You are the eyes and ears of the home, with this comes great responsibility. Do not let sin fester in the home, deal with it in
• Help deal with conflict within the home in a Godly way
• Report and violations to Men’s home director immediately
• Post a weekly chore list and help the men complete these tasks
• Maintain the men’s home to the best of your abilities and report needs/repairs to administrator.

Weekly Responsibilities at The Feet
• Coordinate with Director and men’s home director on daily duties
• Lead the Clean Team, coordinating with volunteers and men’s home
• Making sure bathrooms, waiting rooms, and closets and cleaned and tidy
• Assign the men’s home applicants duties each day and “inspect what you expect”
• Coordinate projects and repairs with administrator
