Day to day as a Complex Care Safety & Support Specialist Step into the heart of compassion! In this enriching role, you'll be an image bearer of Christ, dedicated to fostering a safe and stable environment for our residents. Forming positive, professional relationships is key as you build rapport and trust, encouraging residents to connect with vital resources for their physical, mental health, and spiritual well-being. Your proactive approach will include hourly rounds of the home, ensuring it remains neat, secure, and inviting while checking in on residents to assess their well-being. As a first responder, you'll handle de-escalation, conflict resolution, and medical emergencies, providing crucial support in times of need.
You'll also collaborate with case managers and handle various administrative tasks, all while working within a culture that values empathy and high performance. Join us in making a difference!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
