We’ll have a large Exhibit Hall this year with fantastic opportunities to network with potential and existing clients.

Wednesday, June 1

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. — Exhibitor Load-In and Booth Setup

*3:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. — Exhibitors Guacamole Huddle with Citygate Network (*RSVP Required)

7:15 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, Exhibit Hall Dessert

Thursday, June 2

7:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Cash cart coffee and extended time with the Exhibitors

1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Dessert

Friday, June 3

7:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Exhibit Hall Breakfast

*11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Speed Dating Event (*New this year)

4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open, Last Look and Giveaways

5:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. — Opportunity to host clients out on the town

5:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. — Exhibitor Breakdown and Load-Out

Important Notes:

Exhibitors are expected to be present and available in their booths at all open exhibit hall hours. Please plan on staying until load-out to show your commitment to the important work of Citygate Network and our members.
