Hyatt Regency Dallas

With 160,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, the comfortable and beautifully appointed Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion is the perfect hotel for large conventions. Towering over the east side of downtown, it is three blocks from Dealey Plaza, (site of the JFK assassination) and the Sixth Floor Museum; a few blocks beyond the museum is the Historic West End with a slew of popular restaurants.

For guests, the Hyatt Regency Dallas offers “all the little extras” such as free Wi-Fi so you can check email or finish a last-minute project (or seminar presentation). The guest rooms offer the plush Hyatt Grand Bed and a large HDTV.

Public transportation is literally on-site with an underground corridor connecting guests to Union Station. Buses and trains connect to greater Dallas and run around the clock.

2. Convention attendees not staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, and those staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas who make their reservations through an online discounter/consolidator, may be assessed an $80 or more convention facility usage fee, payable upon check-in at the AGRM Registration/Information Desk.

A note about parking: The hotel's transportation page lists a number of parking options, but for those who rent a car or drive to the event, AGRM has negotiated a special self-parking rate of just $5.00 per day for convention guests.
