Wednesday, May 31

8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Exhibitor Load-In and Booth Setup (Plaza International Ballroom)

*11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. — Exhibitor Huddle with Citygate Network (*RSVP Required)

2:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Sneak Peek

7:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Grand Opening with Dessert

Thursday, June 1

7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open

12:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Lunch

8:00 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Dessert

Friday, June 2

7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Gala

*9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. — Exhibitor Breakdown and Load-Out

Important Notes:

Exhibitors are expected to be present and available in their booths at all open exhibit hall hours. Please plan on staying until the end to show your commitment to the important work of Citygate Network and our members.

Friday evening provides the perfect opportunity from 5:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to invite your clients and friends out to dinner. We recommend planning ahead to select a nearby restaurant or venue where you can treat your clients and friends to a memorable evening.
