Informal Networking and Business Solicitation

Note: Per Citygate Network's Exhibit Hall policy, only business representatives that exhibit are permitted to attend the Annual Conference and Exposition.

The Exhibit Hall is Citygate Network’s designated space for businesses to actively engage attendees for networking and business solicitation purposes. Businesses that have a presence in the Exhibit Hall are also welcome (and encouraged) to network with attendees throughout the conference. It is crucial to note that business representatives who have not paid for exhibit space in the Exhibit Hall are prohibited from attending the conference in any capacity.

The rationale behind this protocol is to maintain fairness and uphold the value of the Exhibit Hall for participating businesses and organizations. Allowing non-paying representatives to access the conference without contributing to the Exhibit Hall could be perceived as inequitable by those who have invested in this opportunity. Citygate Network aims to preserve the integrity of the Exhibit Hall, ensuring that businesses and organizations receive the value they expect from their investment. This, in turn, contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the Annual Conference and Exposition.
