We are thrilled to welcome your business as an exhibitor at Citygate Network's 2024 Annual Conference and Exposition! Below are important instructions for the registration process. Registration Process

There are three main steps to registration:

  1. Update your business member profile.
  2. Select your booth(s) and optional sponsorship(s).
  3. Register booth representatives.
    Important: Do not register your booth reps until you receive your discount code via email. Once you receive the code, you will be instructed to return to this page to register your representative(s).

Updating Your Business Member Profile

If you are a business member, it is essential to update your conference program description and email to ensure accurate representation. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.citygatenetwork.org and click on ‘Login’ at the top of the screen.
  2. Once logged in, click ‘My Organization Profile’.
  3. Click on ‘Edit General Information’ to create or modify your Event Program Email and Event Program Description.
  4. Ensure that these details are accurate, as they will be printed in our conference program and may be used for other events. We automatically pull the descriptions and emails from here, so make sure to fill them in!

Event Contact

Make sure the Event Contact on My Organization Profile is the person who will be responsible for Exhibit Hall planning. This person will be able to log in to update your program description and will receive important event emails. You can select an existing person from your people list or add a new person.

Registration Instructions:

  1. Booth Type: First choose the type of booth you would like (Booth, Prime Booth, Half Booth, etc...)
    Important: Do not register your booth reps until AFTER you have completed your booth(s) registration. Otherwise, you will not have the correct discount codes for your free reps.
  2. Booth Assignment: During the registration process, you will specify the type and quantity of booth(s), as well as listing up to four booth placement choices. Booth numbers are listed on the Exhibit Hall Map. Our aim is to allocate booths in a fair manner, therefore booths are assigned based on the order of received registrations. The layout of the Exhibit Hall begins after the primary sponsorship drawing on February 23, 2024. Anticipate receiving an email in early April.
  3. Sponsorships: You can also select your sponsorship interests, which will be awarded by a drawing on Friday, February 23, 2024. You will be notified of the drawing results by Sam Edwards, sr. director of development. All other sponsorships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
  4. Payment: A confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by an approval email when your deposit payment has been processed. The approval email will include a link to your receipt and your discount code(s) to register your booth reps. You will be invoiced for the balance in April, and full payment will be due by Monday, May 6, 2024. After May 6, full payment will be due immediately upon registration for a booth.
  5. Booth Reps: Again, please do NOT register booth reps until you receive your discount codes in a confirmation email. You will be instructed in that email to return to this page and register your reps. We recommend that you first confirm who will be attending and then complete their registration. Be sure to use the discount code from your booth approval email to receive up to four free reps per booth or two for a half booth.

Please note: You will be charged immediately for any reps that do not have a discount code. The deadline for registering booth reps is May 17, 2024.

Venue & Hotel

The Central Bank Center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Lexington and within a day's drive of 75 percent of the U.S. population. The Center serves as a beautiful and versatile multi-purpose event facility within easy walking distance of hotels, restaurants, theatres, shops, and galleries. Lexington soaks up small town charm while offering big city amenities.

We have negotiated discounted room rates with four downtown hotels. The Hyatt Regency Lexington and the Hilton Lexington Downtown both connect by covered walkways to the Central Bank Center, and the Marriott Lexington City Center and Residence Inn lie just blocks away.

Hotel reservations require a non-refundable first night charge. Carefully evaluate your anticipated hotel room usage to avoid cancellation penalties.

Conference attendees not staying at one of our four host hotels, and those who made their reservations through an online discounter/consolidator, may be assessed an $80 or more conference facility usage fee, payable upon check-in at the Citygate Network Registration/Information Desk.
