Sponsorship Opportunities 2024

As in years past, our primary sponsorships will follow a tiered structure, featuring one Title Sponsor, up to three Major Sponsors, and up to five Supporting Sponsors. The following descriptions outline the various ways your company will be promoted throughout the 2024 conference should you decide to be a primary event sponsor.

Welcome Kit/Gift

Member price: $2,750 | Non-member price: N/A

Welcome each attendee upon registration by passing out your company's marketing materials and branded gifts. Pre-assembled sponsor kits will be handed out by members of your team from a counter near the conference registration.

(Contents of the welcome kit are to be provided by the sponsor and must be pre-approved by Citygate Network.)

Conference Whova App

Member price: $4,000 | Non-member price: $5,000

The conference app offers attendees directions and helps them share comments and photos throughout the conference. Your logo, linked to your website, will be prominently featured at the bottom of each screen on the app. As attendees log in, your logo will be showcased with a live link directing them to your preferred landing page. Your company name and logo will be posted on the app’s instructional page within the conference program.

Custom Vinyl Floor Graphics/Advertisement

Full-color custom graphic on a 36" X 36" vinyl floor advertisement strategically placed in high-traffic areas and general session entryways. *Maximum of four floor graphics per sponsor.

Up to 25 prominent spaces are available in the conference area. Placement is determined by the Conference Center team and Citygate Network. Floor graphics are not permitted in the exhibit hall. All artwork is to be approved and ordered through Citygate Network. Custom shapes are available at no additional cost. Artwork is due by April 26, 2024.

Seminar Track Sponsor

$695 Per Track (limit 2 tracks)
Support your favorite educational track for the entire conference!

Included: Feature your company name posted on a foam core panel positioned outside the seminar room. Enjoy visibility in the conference program, ensuring widespread recognition. Sponsors can place brochures and gift items on tables or chairs within the seminar room. (Please note, sponsors are responsible for refreshing gift items in the seminar room(s). between seminars.)

Mission Tour

Lexington Rescue Mission
Member price: $1,000 | Non-member price: $1,500
Audience: Citygate Network members ~ 200 Attendees

Dates:

• Monday, June 10, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (Cont. breakfast included)
• Friday, June 14, 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Box lunch included)

These pre- and post-conference tours provide chartered bus rides to the Lexington Rescue Mission. Hop on the bus and you’ll quickly see why this thriving ministry stands at the forefront, leading the city of Lexington as the region’s largest and most trusted homeless provider.

Included: Recognition in the conference program, visible signage at the pick-up point, handouts/favors (provided by sponsor) distributed to participants, and a personal greeting to participants on the buses.
