Tuesday, June 11

8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Exhibitor Load-In and Booth Setup (Exhibit Hall A)

*11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. — Exhibitor Huddle with Citygate Network (Center of Exhibit Hall A) - no RSVP required

4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Sneak Peek

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Dessert

Wednesday, June 12

7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Breakfast

2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Open

8:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. — Exhibit Hall Dessert

Thursday, June 13

7:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Exhibit Hall Open with Coffee

*9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. — Exhibitor Breakdown and Load-Out

Important Notes:

Thursday afternoon from 12:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m., presents the perfect opportunity to invite your clients and friends out to a fun luncheon. We recommend planning ahead to select a nearby restaurant or venue where you can treat your group to a memorable time and get them back for afternoon sessions and our off-site event.

Plan to join us Thursday evening for a special event at the world-renowned Kentucky Horse Park! You won’t want to miss this one.

Exhibitors are expected to be present and available in their booths at all open Exhibit Hall hours. Please plan on staying until the end to show your commitment to the important work of Citygate Network and our members.
