We’ve planned an Exhibit Hall this year that includes all kinds of opportunities for you to network with potential and existing clients – Including a potential night out!

Wednesday May 28

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Exhibitor move-in and Booth Setup (Grand Ballroom)

11:00 AM – 11:30 AM - Exhibitor Huddle (Center of Exhibit Hall) No RSVP Required

4:15 PM – 5:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Open for sneak peek

7:45 PM – 9:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Open (Dessert)

Thursday May 29

7:45 AM – 9:00 AM - Exhibit Hall Open (Breakfast)

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM - Exhibit Hall Open (Refreshments)

4:45 PM – Free evening

Friday May 30

7:45 AM – 9:00 AM - Exhibit Hall Open (Coffee)

12:15 PM – 1:45 PM - Exhibit Hall Open (Lunch)

1:45 PM – 6:00 PM Exhibitor move-out

Important Notes:

After 5:00 p.m. Thursday evening you’ll have plenty of time to take your clients and friends out for a fun evening. We recommend planning ahead to reserve your spot at a nearby restaurant or venue where you can treat your group to a memorable time.

Exhibitors are expected to be present and available in their booths at all open Exhibit Hall hours. Please plan on staying until the end to show your commitment to the important work of Citygate Network and our members. We appreciate your active involvement and look forward to another successful event together!
